Great Links Resorts at Dungeness is nestled on the Northern edge of the beautiful Olympic Peninsula. Located five miles from the city of Sequim, the area is surrounded by 8,000 foot peaks of the Olympic Mountains to the South and the scenic wonders of the strait of Juan de Fuca to the North. Situated downwind of the Olympic Mountains range, the area is referred to as a “rain shadow”, receiving a relatively low rainfall. The mild climate attracts visitors year round.
Sequim is a small, quaint town with a collection of restaurants, antique stores, galleries and unique gift shops that present a variety of shopping experiences. Visit one of the lavender farms in the Sequim-Dungeness Valley or tour the Olympic Game Farm to get close to exotic animals. Spend the day enjoying the beauty of Hurricane Ridge, Lake Crescent or the Dungeness Spit where hiking, kayaking and bird watching abound.
Only 30 minutes from Port Angeles, you can jump on a ferry and cross the sound to visit Victoria, B.C., famous for Butchart Gardens. Whatever your tastes, Great Links at Dungeness is the place for a great getaway.
