At Ocean View Condos at the Nautilus you'll enjoy a cozy, comfortable place, nicely furnished with cable TV, VCR, audio center, direct dial telephone (safe for internet use), fully equipped kitchen, fireplace, and ocean view from the deck. The condominium complex also offers a common whirlpool/hot tub. The Ocean View Condos offers a wonderful combination of value, comfort, and location: Peaceful and quiet, yet within walking distance from downtown Ocean Shores, Washington.
 
Stahl Vacations owns an upper-floor unit with the best ocean views possible in the Nautilus condominium complex. From the view deck of the unit you will enjoy a spectacular view of the ocean overlooking a preserved green belt which Ocean Shores has put aside as habitat for indigenous plants and animals.
The living room is equipped with a queen sleeper sofa, entertainment center, and fireplace. The full kitchen has a pass-through with ocean view. The bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed. This unit has a great value in a wonderful environment.

Policies
● Rates are based on a two night minimum.
● Rates for 1BR suites are for double occupancy. Above two guests, add $20 per night extra for hide-a-bed or futon package.
● On weekends 2 night minimum* or $30 surcharge for a one night stay
● Holiday Rates Add 10% in summer, and holiday rates revert to summer rates for Winter & Spring. 3 Night Holiday Minimum Stay. Holidays include President's Day, Memorial Day, Labor Day, July 4th, Christmas, and New Years.
● All prices subject to change based on season and occupancy.
● All rentals are subject to availability until booking is confirmed.
● The first night's stay plus tax is charged to your credit Card when the reservation is made - Balance of payment is due seven (7) days prior to your scheduled arrival. If payment is not received at that time, the unit shall be re-rented to someone else, and your deposit less the $30 administrative charge shall be returned to you.
● No smoking indoors at any time & no pets unless specified.
Pets - In some rooms, pets are welcome. Please inquire at the time of booking if a pet-friendly room is available. A $20 cleaning surcharge per pet per night applies.
● For all ITEX payments, add $40 cash cleaning charge.
● A local tax rate of 11.3% is levied on all rental charges.
Cancellations:
● Cancellations made more than 10 days prior to arrival are fully refundable, minus administrative fee posted below.
● Cancellations made less than 10 days prior to arrival can be applied to a replacement booking in any Stahl Vacations resort within one year of original booking date, based on prevailing rates, minus administrative fee posted below.
● One night's rent in addition to the administrative fee posted below shall be forfeited for all cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to 4:00 PM check-in of scheduled arrival date, for whatever reason, unless rented to another party.
Minimum of $30 up to 10% administrative fee shall be charged for all cancellations.
